About our Liebo Privacy Policy

Liebo attaches great importance to your privacy. We only process the data necessary for (improving) our services and handle information about you and your use of our services with care. Your data is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Upon the release of a new version, all previous versions cease to be valid. Webhosting

Hoasted
We use Hoasted for web hosting and email services. They process personal data on our behalf but do not use it for their own purposes. While Hoasted may collect metadata regarding the use of their services, this data does not contain personal information. They are contractually required to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss or misuse of your data.

Email and mailing lists

Our standard business email is managed by an external provider. This provider has implemented appropriate measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and corruption of data. They do not have access to our email traffic.

Payment processors

Mollie

We use Mollie to process payments. They process your name, address, city of residence, and payment details. Mollie has implemented appropriate security measures and reserves the right to share (anonymized) data with third parties to improve service delivery. They retain your data only for as long as legally permitted.

Shipping and logistics

PostNL

We use PostNL to deliver orders. For this purpose, we share your name, address, and city of residence with them. PostNL uses this information solely to carry out the delivery. If they engage subcontractors, your data will also be shared with them.

Invoicing and accounting

Snelstart

We use Snelstart for our administration and accounting. We share your name, address, and city of residence, along with order details. Snelstart is required to treat your data confidentially and uses it solely for administrative purposes.

Externe verkoopkanalen

Wij verkopen onze artikelen via platforms zoals Marktplaats.nl. Bij een bestelling via deze platforms delen zij uw bestel- en persoonsgegevens met ons om de bestelling af te handelen. Wij gaan vertrouwelijk met uw gegevens om en hebben passende maatregelen getroffen om deze te beschermen.
