Shipping

At Liebo, we strive to ensure a smooth and customer-friendly experience when shipping and returning our products. Below, you will find all the information regarding our shipping and return options, including costs and conditions.


Shipping within the Netherlands

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day.
  • Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders of €50.00 or more.
  • A shipping fee of €4.95 applies to orders under €50.00.
  • Shipping partner: Liebo partners with PostNL, which delivers from Tuesday to Saturday. If you are not at home, the package may be left with the neighbors.
  • Track and trace: You can track your order using a track and trace code. If you order before 2:00 PM, you will usually receive your package the very next day.

If there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible. Liebo is not liable for delays or errors on the part of the carrier. Any missing items must be reported within 14 days.

Shipping to countries outside the Netherlands

We ship Monday through Friday.

Odor-free shipping

Exchanges & Returns

At Liebo, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. That is why we have a flexible return and exchange policy. On this page, you will find all the information regarding returns, exchanges, and the right of withdrawal.


Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Upon a valid withdrawal, you will receive a refund of the full order amount, including any shipping costs, within 14 days.

Conditions:

  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and—if possible—in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be delivered to Liebo’s address, not to the carrier’s pickup locations!

  • If the product or packaging shows more damage than is necessary to assess the product, a reduction in value may be charged.

  • If a return causes the total value of your original order to fall below the threshold for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs that were originally waived.

Exchange

Exchange within the Netherlands!

  • Netherlands: Exchanging using our own Liebo shipping label costs €5.00.

  • We will bear the full cost of shipping the exchanged items.

How to exchange?

  1. Submit your exchange request within 14 days.

  2. The item must be unused, with original labels and in undamaged packaging.

  3. We do not collect return packages from PostNL points or other pickup locations. These must be sent directly to our address.

  4. Always use our return label for the reduced rate of €5.00.

  5. Keep your proof of shipment – ​​Liebo is not liable for lost shipments.

  6. The reduced rate applies only when exchanging the item.


Returns

You can choose to handle the return yourself or request a return label from us.

Return options within the Netherlands:

  • Returning the item yourself: You are responsible for the costs. Please check the rates with your carrier.

  • We do not collect return packages from PostNL points or other pickup locations. These must be sent directly to our address.

  • Return label via Liebo:

Parcel post: €7.50
Mailbox parcel: €4.25

Return options outside the Netherlands:

  • In many cases, returning the item via your own carrier from your country is more cost-effective than using our return label. If you would still prefer to receive a return label from us, please contact us beforehand to find out the associated costs. Once you agree, we will generate the return label for you.

Always include the return form and your order number in the shipment for quick processing.

Return conditions:

  • Register within 14 days.
  • Unused, original condition, with tags and in the original packaging.
  • Damaged packaging (such as a branded shoe box without an outer shipping box) may result in a deduction of €1.50.

Processing:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the account number we have on file within 7 working days.

Payment and ordering procedure

PayPal

With PayPal, you can conveniently pay using your PayPal balance, credit card, or bank account. When you pay with PayPal, your credit card or bank details are not visible to us.

iDeal, Bankcontact, KBC/CBC, Sofort Banking, Belfius by Mollie

When you choose to pay using iDEAL, you are automatically redirected to your bank; a verification check is performed, and you can securely complete the payment within your own online banking environment. These services are processed by Mollie.

Ordering process

You can find the products in the categories listed alongside. Select the product you wish to purchase and click “Add to cart.” If you want to buy more than one item, click “Continue shopping.”

Once your shopping cart is ready, select your preferred payment method, then choose your shipping method (entering a discount code if applicable), and click “Complete order”.

Enter your name and address details now; you can also choose a different delivery address if desired. Click “Complete order” again.

Please check your order and address details now. Before clicking the “Confirm Order” button, you must agree to the terms and conditions. Once you agree, please select the relevant option and click the “Confirm Order” button. Your order is now complete, and you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive it, you may have entered an incorrect email address, or the email might have ended up in your spam folder.

complaints and suggestions

Sometimes things do not go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first let us know about any complaints by emailing info@liebo.nl. We will then work with you to find a solution.

Consumers within the EU may also submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union’s platform.

Warranty

All offers and orders are subject to the general terms and conditions as stated on the website. We guarantee the usability and quality of the product. You are legally required to notify us of any defect within two months of discovering it. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

  • Liebo offers a 12-month warranty on all sheepskin and wool-felt products.
  • A warranty period of 2 months applies to the Spanish slippers.
  • We offer a 3-month warranty period for loose stitching.
  • For slippers with knitted cuffs, please report any issues with the cuffs within 14 days. After this period, the warranty on the cuffs no longer applies.
  • Liebo assesses whether a slipper can be repaired and is free to choose between repair and replacement.

If the product does not meet expectations, please contact our customer service within 14 days.

A defective product may be caused by a manufacturing fault and is covered by our warranty. If you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact customer service within 14 days.

Any form of warranty becomes void in the event of repairs or modifications by third parties without prior permission from Liebo.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, you will be notified, and the aim will be to find a suitable solution.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide compensation if the product is defective due to normal wear and tear. Complaints for which we cannot provide compensation include:

  • normal wear and tear on soles and heels
  • Worn-off toes on shoes or slippers due to normal external wear and tear.
  • damage to the heel
  • stains caused by wearing slippers during the 14-day trial period
  • defects caused by improper or intensive use
  • excessive sweating
  • Color bleeding slippers/gloves
  • reactions/discoloration/damage to slippers/gloves caused by spraying with unknown sprays or by cleaning activities.
  • Color bleeding shoes of slippers
  • repairs/modifications by third parties without Liebo’s permission
  • As sheepskins can vary in skin thickness, our size recommendations are not binding. Deviations in size do not entitle you to reimbursement of return shipping costs.
  • Pilling on woollen items.
  • shrinking of sweaters after washing.
