- Liebo chooses to ship via PostNL
- If you are not at home, PostNL will deliver the package to the neighbors, if they are at home. You will then have your order easily and quickly at home.
- Via a track and trace code you can always track your order and you have an indication of when and around what time your order will be delivered.
- Via the package convenience service, the order is also delivered at a different location, so that you can easily pick up your package when it suits you. When ordering place the desired location in the "comments" box.
- We cannot provide a delivery date for shipping abroad, which varies by country.
- Liebo strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, it can happen that the shipment is delayed for whatever reason. If we are aware of this, we will inform you as soon as possible.
- Liebo is not liable for delays / incorrect shipments or loss of the package.
Return and exchange
Before you return or exchange
Are your slippers too tight? Then first read the below before you return.
- Are your heels snugly against the back? If this is not the case, you could try that.
- If you are going to order a larger size in this case, you will slip out of this larger size at your heel.
- If you have a sheepskin slipper, it will become more spacious as a result of the walk-in
Tip: If you still have doubts and want to try another pair, wait a while before sending them back. First order the second pair and if that is not to your liking, you can send both pairs back at once, you save on extra return costs. If in doubt, please contact us.
Returns / Right of withdrawal / Right of withdrawal
If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with the order, we find that very unfortunate and will handle this nicely for you. The item can then be returned to us and you will receive the purchase amount as quickly as possible, but within 14 days after receiving the items, Return costs are always at your own expense. (legally as of 13/06/2014).
We can create a return label for you in the following countries, the costs of which are for your account:

When we create a return label for you, only for the countries mentioned above, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the return label. You pay the amount for the return shipment yourself. You deliver your package to your local post office in your own country.
If you want to exchange the item, we can also create a return label for you, the return costs are for yourself. Liebo is responsible for the costs of sending the exchanged item.
Of course we take the return costs for our account when we have made a mistake or when there is a guarantee.
Return and exchange conditions
- Within 14 days after receiving the item, you can register your return by e-mail. The reporting date within these first 14 days is leading. After these 14 days, Liebo has the right to refuse the return.
- After the reporting date, you have another 14 days to return the items.
The item must be returned in its original condition. You handle the product and packaging with care. The Barcode must still be visible on the box. The product will only be carefully unpacked or appropriate to the extent that is necessary to assess the product. For return packages that are sealed with duck-tape, € 3.00 will be deducted from the return amount, due to the extra action that duck-tape entails.
When you want to exchange, return the items and order again the slippers or other articles you want to order this time via the normal order procedure. We advise you to order again quickly, especially if the stock is no longer that large.
Return costs are always for the account of the consumer, resending when exchanging an item, we take 1x for our account.
Always fit slippers indoors, on a clean, soft surface. Be careful with split soles. Stains on the soles are a reason for refusing return.
If traces of use were found during the trial period, Liebo has the right not to return the item and it will be sent back to you immediately.
Always attach the return form, then we can proceed with the processing quickly and always state the order number.
Returns may not be sent cash on delivery.
To be able to pursue a good purchasing policy, it is important for us to know why you are returning the slippers, so we greatly appreciate it if you state the reason for your return.
