Account

If I want to order, is it mandatory to create an account?
- No, this is not mandatory, it is useful, you can see your order history and you don't have to fill in all your details each time you place an order.

I want to delete my account, how do I do it?
- You cannot delete your account yourself. Send us an email with the request to delete the account and we will delete it immediately.

I do not want to receive any more newsletters.
- At the bottom of each newsletter is a link for unsubscribing a newsletter. If you click on this, you will no longer receive any newsletters from us. Of course you will miss our offers and news.

How do I measure which size of slippers I need?
- Below you will find information on how to best find the right size. For some slippers, the inside dimensions are included and sometimes the size chart is included with the slipper in question. This depends on the brand. 

Are the slippers large or small?
- if a slipper is large or small, this is specifically mentioned on the slipper. If there is no remark, you can assume that you can order the normal shoe size.
With sheepskin slippers you have to assume that they are still going to run out. In the beginning they are allowed to be a little tighter. And in case of doubt, you can always contact us. We are happy to measure the inside dimensions in front of you.


Ordering

If a model of slipper is no longer in stock, or the size or colour is no longer in stock, can I still order it?
- If a model, colour or size can no longer be ordered, it will be marked "sold out" behind the size. But if there is a 0 behind the size, in most cases it can be ordered, as soon as you click on this size, you will see the delivery time of the item. You can also always send us an email with your question, so we can check with the supplier for security.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
- Yes, you will always receive a confirmation of your order. If this is not the case, then he could be under "spam" mail, or the e-mail address is incorrect. When the order is shipped, you will also receive another email with the shipping confirmation and an email from Parcel with the track and trace code.

How can I pay for my order?

Returning

If I want to return my order, how many days should I do so?
- Within 14 days after receipt of your order, we would like to receive an email from the return notice. If desired, you will receive a link from us with which you can return the order more cheaply. You can then offer the return shipment to PostNL. Then you have another 14 days to return the order. The return shipment must therefore be received by us within 14 days of the date of the return notification.

When will I get my money back?
- After we have received and checked the return shipment, you will receive within one week the purchase amount back into your account.

Can I exchange my purchase?
